Default about the 4000th Z400 question already asked- sorry guys

I am finally taking my entire Z400 apart getting the head ported and polished. I want to put cams in but i'm on a tight budget(thanks uncle sam) anybody know where i can get a set for a decent price?? not lookin for some crap either. also where can i get a set of blueprints or plans or even pictures of the frame gusset kit?? figure since i have it apart i might as well do it and get it powder coated. any ideas on a bore kit?? read on another post the athena 434 kit is good for the price- anybody elses opinions??? any help would be great so feel free to chip in


also if there is anybody in utah that rides hit me up- always looking to go out and have fun

cams will run you around $300 for the set, as for gussets do a search on the forums for it, they're in here some where, seen it before
thy here for the cams camsgood place for parts

Default about the 4000th Z400 question already asked- sorry guys

I went the athena route last year on my rebuild and am very happpy with it. I was able to use the stock carb with it but you will not get your $$$'s worth out of the athena kit until you put a larger carb on it (40-41 mil FCR). That makes a hugh difference.

Regarding the gusset kit, as mucky said b-4, the info is out on the net. I found it last year and made my own kit for about $10. If you're handy you can save yourself some $$$.
