Mine is a brand new 06 maybe 8 hrs on it now, I noticed mine has a slight knock at idle, but not at higher rpm's. Not sure if this normal or not. Anyone else know?

I'm surprised a Dyno guy brought this to your attention... Not to discount the knocking but some valve slap is normal. The Suz Z has a descent cam for a stock quad.. Just pay attention to it and see if anything changes ...

ouch. oh well call it maintenance. i just got mine back from getting it worked on, would of done it my self but i have no were to do it. new piston ,hot cams ,cam chain, gasket set ,spark plug, parking brake off, cleaned out the rear master cylinder, ran it on the dyno a bunch of times just under 700.yeah i did not have to have the 12:1 piston ,i did not have to have the hot cams ,but we were in there for to put in new rings ,so why not .
now i find that my fount wheel bearings are shot, and its time to replace the steering stem bushing, ordered the brass one its some thing like $46.00 +38. for the bearings and seals .
sorry, life sucks some times.

if your shop is just going in to replace bearings ,rings and gaskets maybe do so valve work
700. is an ouch
