Default TIRE HELP!

check the wheel and make sure its not bent or pitted and that you didnt rip any of the rubber around the bead when installing the tire

Default TIRE HELP!

Are you sure it's leaking around the bead? Did you see it leaking with soapy water when it was laying flat on the ground?

Well, if so, I'd take the tire off, and get a wire wheel for your drill or angle grinder and buff the inside of both inner and outer bead surfaces, then sand it smooth with at least fine grit paper or aluminum oxide 400 to get it shiny again. Then, I'd inspect the tire very carefully for any small slices in the bead where it was leaking. (Make a mark with a crayon where the leak is when you're using soap). If there are any imperfections in the rubber, smooth them out, or fill them in with a tire repair adhesive and some tire 'filings' or shavings, or whatever. It shouldn't take much. If your tire is new, just take it back. They'll warranty defects.

If it's NOT the bead, replace your valve stem. They leak frequently.

good luck.
