Default eiger manual help

Won't have access to my manual until Friday but as for oil I run Rotella 5w40 synthetic. No clutch problems. Good reviews on BITOG on this oil for ATVs and Motorcycles.

You use 5W40 for GEAR OIL??? Doesn't that seem like an incredibly low viscosity for a differential? Maybe you mean engine oil?

I think in the diffs I'd run hypoid GL-5. Or even 90-115. Can't be too careful.

Thanks for catching that ak. I was refering to engine oil. Definately missed the boat on that one. Guess I need to wait till after work to reply. I went with 75w90 dino for the gear oil. Speaking of which, time to do my annual change out as well.
