valve problem

Default valve problem

i got a 86 lt250,the valves needed set and i think i got them to tight.it dont seem to have any power.if they were to tight would that cause the power loss?

yes. as the engine warms up the valve lash gets smaller

Default valve problem

thanks for the quick reply,it was the the valves to tight.i got another problem now,it has just blown the 2nd rectifier,anyone know what would cause this?
