Default Yoshimura 450 kit Or Ice cube 455 kit?

I have been riding my z 400 and so far i have beaten all other 400 quads around here. I can keep up with the 450's but i cant beat one with a stock enigine. So i thought about dropping a 450 kit into my quad, but i dunno no which kit is better for my Z?

Do a 485 kit and never look back. 85mm stock piston to a 95.5mm piston plus great relability from this kit!

Thanks,

I'd stay away from the Hotrod strokers. They use a shorter rod and that puts alot more stress on the skirts of the piston. Yoshimura strokes the crank the same 5mm but they had a custom piston made to use on the stock length rod. This keeps the stress down by a big margin.. The Athena kit is a good kit, w/ cams/ porting, ignition ect. The Yoshi can be made better then all the rest due to the design though they only offer the 92mm JE piston to get to 450cc.. The other kits you can go as big as you want.. My bro has two Yoshi 450z's built up. A lighter flywheel gets the Yoshi's topend back. Do not get Yoshi cams or get their porting.
