new 230 quadsport
#1
I purchased an 87 230 quadsport that wasnt running very well. The problem is when you go to start it it idles very high and of course that makes it hard to put it in gear.If you turn the idle down then it slowly will die out.I purchased and installed a new carb kit but it made no difference(new jets ,neddle etc.)I have all the plastic off and would like to check valve clearance and whatever else I can,Can anyone offer any suggestions and does anyone know the valve clearance, and also does it have a fuel filter of any sort.thanks for looking.
