Default 1988 LT250R oil question?

Hey, I just bought this quad from a guy who was moving out of town. I forgot to get some needed information on the oil. What type of oil should be ran in the motor and what should be mixed with the gas and at what ratio?

Also, it has a bent tie-rod end what is the easiest way of replacing this back to stock position?

10-40 oil in the transmission & any good 2 stroke oil for pre-mix (amsoil,spectro,blue marble,klotz,etc.) at a 32 or 40:1 mix.

As far as the tie rod, check eBay.
