LT 230 Clutch Problem
My clutch does not slip, but won't disengage all the way.
Once I start the machine if I pull the clutch in and shift to first with out giveing throttle, it will stall. Once it is warm and I get it shifted the first time after start up, it does not stall the machine any more. My only gripe is that it makes it a real pain to find neutral while the machine is running.
Any thoughts?

LT 230 Clutch Problem
I know yamaha blasters do that too,but mine dosnt but is sometimes hard to find netrual i think it just the plates sticking or might have to adjust cable as theres no adjustment unless u move the position of arm by takin bolt out and moving a tooth or so like a shifter

LT 230 Clutch Problem
when i had my banshee it did the same thing. if i would start it cold and click it into first it would stall but it wouldnt when it was warm. the guy that owned it before me had change the clutch and put some really heavy duty springs in it. the plates are just sticking. its no big deal. the only thing that i did to fix the problem was hold the clutch in as i let it warm up. eventually the clutch would warm up i had no problems. now that the clutch has some hours on it, it doesnt do it anymore.
