How to diagnose your no spark dilemma...
First.. I'd locate your CDI and I would bypass it by unplugging the wires going in and the wires going out and plug them directly to each other as they are color coated.. after doing that you can check for spark.. if you have it then it's your CDI.. if still no spark then press on.
(Be sure to record all your results)
Using a digital ohm meter.. check the ohm reading between the red and white wire and the black and white wire coming off the stator.. then check the ohm reading between the red and white wire and the ground.. now do the same with the black and white wire and the ground.
Now you will want to check your ground lead by checking the ohm reading between that and the frame of your bike.. if you have any resistance this means your ground is bad.
You may also want to check the resistance in your coil between the high voltage lead with your boot off and your coil ground.. this will rule out your coil.
I'm not sure exactly what the readings should be on your bike but if you call a Suzuki shop they should be able to tell you.

Ok i have spark now but now i need a new spark plug, does anyone know what kind?
I mean part number so i can get the right one, i have a plug now but its to wide, its not for my quad. I tried to look online but they wanted me to enter the plug number, which i dont know yet.
Im hoping to get the plug tomorrow and then i will find out if it starts
Oh an battery too, i dont know how the do batteries but i want to go pick up a new batt too, what do i ask for?

well the battery is easy, just go into wal mart and they should have it there. they should have a computer at the battery station you can look up the exact battery for your quad. when you do get one you'll have to fill the battery with the acid provided, it gives good directions in the box. it will have power but make sure you charge it for the specified time. oh and do it in a safe area because as the battery charges it will vent and leak acid. if you get it on your skin rinse it really well with cold water, it's not that bad. the plug i'm not sure for that quad, i should know it but can't think of it right off hand. i'll find out though and let you know, i'd say the local suzuki dealership will know. what was the spark problem?

mani dont know WTF is up with this thing.
Ok so yesterday i got it running, i drove around all day, it started EVERY TIME I PULLED the cord.
I went to work, woke up today and pulled the *****ing cord like 500 times and nothing, in fact less then nothing, i just dont know whats doing on.
Its kinda sparking, let me explain.
I didnt have the right plug but i plug it into the boot and i could see it spark, thats how i knew it was gonna work, so i got a new plug (the right one) and plugged it into the boot but it didnt seem to spark, why?
So i decided to put it in anyway and i made sure the boot was on real tight and palled the cord a few times and she fired up, after that it started every single time i pulled the cord.
Now today i didnt get ****, so i took the boot off and put a plug in it and pulled the cord, there IS spark.
So i THINK, either its not sparking the right plug (why i dont know i have no idea when it comes to this stuff) or 2 its not getting fuel or not enough (again this is weird since yesterday it sure got fuel when i was driving it around)
There is a little plastic clear piece i think its a fule filter but its FULL of fuel. I didnt think it was suppose to have that much fuel so perhaps there is a block?
I dont know, im hoping you experts can read this and tell me what YOU think, all i know is a i broke my back and both hands today pulling that damn cord when yesterday it started on every pull..
