Default LTR 450 owners!!!!!

Just read about the 450 shootout & was wondering why the hell doesn't Suzuki stick that Cherry Bomb on their production model 450. According to the article that wakes up the 450 to the head of the pack with against the other 450s just with $40 add-on & of course get rid of those track tires IMO. So...to all the owners out there...does the Cherry Bomb make the LTR 450 reign supreme or what????

not sure on your suzuki factory production question. Cherry bomb+airbox lid removal+removing exhaust cap makes a very noticeable difference. I have a lot of seat time on my cousins r450 at the dunes, the thing just rips. Haven't seen him drag race other 450's yet though. Regardless, the r450 his hands down more fun than any other quad I've road in the sand. No doubt you can make the others handle like it after a few mods and a significant chunk of change but out of the box the r450 has it all.
