I just had a quick look at the Waranty - I didn't see anything about mileage.

Lots about not covering things from racing, accidents and work that was done by unauthorized people.

Sounds like they are looking for a way out of a costly repair.

Be polite - but firm. Push the issue.

All you need to do is come up with some tickets or something to show that you have changed the oil, and checked it over.

Second is what happened that it now only has 25lbs of compression?
What is the condition of the air fitler?
Has the dealer call suzuki and told them that you are the second owner?
Have you called into suzuki custmer service, ask them for GOODWILL help?

I've heard of this issue several times. Let me guess your King still has the stock air filter? If so then there's your problem, this is Suzuki's fault, they use a cheapo paper air filter on their King Quad's and it lets dirt through into the motor which then destroys it so that's why your motor has 25lbs of compression. Don't let Suzuki push you around either, they know about this problem so keep pressuring them to step up and fix your motor, they are the ones that put the cheap filter in there. You need to replace that filter with a Uni or Twin Air oiled foam filter once you get your motor fixed or it will happen again. I can't believe they had the nerve to say that you put to many miles on it...2100 isn't much, these Kings can(and should) last to 10,000 miles.

Know wait on minute on blaming suzuki on the air filter deal. First off the air filter is a matitance thing same as you checking and changing your oil. Second yes there are many threads on here about the air filters I have replied and said that the stock air filter gets dirty, it appears to be good but the motor sucks so much air that it starts to suck the dirty air from under the air filter.
