Default 05 Suzuki Ozark WONT START HELP

Please help me. I have a 2005 Ozark 250cc quad and it wont start. I thought it was the battery (because it wasnt holding a charge) but I replaced it and still no start. It clicks and clicks and clicks so I dont think it could be the starter. I am a novice with this kind of thing so any help would be much appreciated. Could it be the plugs? Thanks!

Default 05 Suzuki Ozark WONT START HELP

All terminals and connections are clean. It wont even start while connected to a charger...I havent tried bump starting though. It ran a couple months ago (not many places to ride in my area). It has had a battery issue for some time but even with the new battery on a charger it wont start. I wonder if the old battery was bad and shorted something out?? A friend suggested that I might have a bad cellinoid (spelling??). Does anyone know where this would be? Is it housed in the battery? Thanks for your input, any more would be appreciated!!
