No way a basically piped and filtered 400 is gonna beat a basically piped and filtered 450.

Unless that guy you're talking about weighed in at about 300 pounds.

my bike has a pipe air intake and pc3 efi and runs about 50hp. if i get a 13:1 piston and stage 2 cam it will run 60 probaly.

your right its hard to beat a 2-stroke in a drag race. this guy is coming on here with a 400 telling me he beats raptors all day. anyone with a big 5 raptor should smoke him. all i have engine wise is a pipe k&n intake and pc3 efi durablue axle and ishock 5500 front end. this is why i told him he has a chance on flat ground but thats about it. and if i go into the engine at all i will smoke him like cheech and chong

 

Cool all I wanted to know was what you had. I would guess it would be a decent race against the 400 he has alot of work done. My bet is he would get you off the line till about 300ft but you would get him in the long run

I raced a 450r yesterday, a fellow like you, talkin out the side of his head,,,,he had the following done that he would tell[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]orted head, 13.5 to 1 piston, stage 2 hot cam, curtis sparks full exhaust, lightweight fly wheel, 42mm fcr carb. He lost evey race. I give him the go, run from a roll, give him 2 bikes. I drag race. Not whoopty do race. All I and most others who drag race care about is who wins in a straight line. You know what you sound like? A nascar car guy telling a drag racer that he will beat him on a nascar track. Duh! But put the nascar on a drag track. So come on fast guy, drive on down here and line up next to me on a sand drag strip. Your little expensive shocks and pretty axle wont help you when your getting sand blasted by 435cc. Also a note, I have to run down many of the bikes I race, I'm on crappy 7 paddle haulers. So....I'm not gonna go back and forth with you anymore because this is childish. I have more fun when the smack talkin can be settled.
