need help quad will not start efi light flashing. was riding and it shut off and would not start back up and efi light was flashing.

 

OK that is right in the owners manual... you're in trouble.

If the EFI light is flashing DO NOT turn it off - it won't start again - oops you already know that...

Now is the time to take the ATV to the dealer and have them inspect the system. (sorry) (See chapter 2 page 10)

 

But what causes it to flash?What kinda problems can we expect? It would be nice to know incase you are away from home for a weekend or so, so you don't ruin your weekend or someone elses

 

I did not shut it off it did that for me. It is at the dealer now. They called me today and told me the code they are getting is ignition and they are looking into it.
