i just rebuilt my LT 80 and in the process i took off the auto oil injector, because it was screwing up and ultimatly th reason i needed to rebuild the engine.
any info on the ratio or where to find the ratio would be most helpfull.

Here is my take on two stroke oil. I have always run 40 or 50 to 1 in every two stroke I have ever run. I have never stuck a piston and some of my two strokes are 40+ years old with many WOT hours on them and have never been rebuilt. I run 40 to 1 in hot weather and 50 in cold weather. I don't get fancy with the oil either. Anything I can find will work for me.

I replied to this somewhere yesterday but cannot find it.
A petroleum based 2 cycle oil at 32:1 for break in. If you used a Zuki piston, break in will be minimal. If you mistakenly used a Weisco piston, you will need a very careful break in.
After a tank or 2 ran thru it, a quality synthetic is recommended. TORCO GP-7 (torcousa.com) is the best I've found. My 2nd choice is Klotz R-50. Either one at 32:1
