Default 2004 ozark fowling plugs

hey guys im new to the forum but hope to have a better experince than what im haveing now ,

my ozark 250 is fowling spark plugs meaning , its getting this carbon like sut on the spark plug , and it idles fine , will idle forever ,

but when i open it up it gets in the higher rpms its start to cut out if i open it up even more it will start to pop then die ,

iv tried cleaning it out and makeing sure the jets werent clogged and messed with the mixture ever witch way i could , nothing seems to make her not fowl the plug ,

compresion is good , i get 130 lbs by pullstarting method ,

i also got a blue spark , so i know i didnt criss cross the coil leads ,

iv cleaned taken the carbs apart and cleaned an like i said made sure the jet wasnt clogged , by the way its a mikuni or whatever you guys should know ,

but im just trying to get some insight on why a spark plug would do that , she'll idle till the cows come home , but wont last very long if im actually rideing or reving it up high ,

what could be my problem ?

I can just about guarantee that when you took the carb apart that you jacked up the jet and if you take it to the dealer they will have it working 60 dollars later. I had the EXACT same problem with my warrior and I have an ozark now and it sounds extremely familiar.

If you are in a high altitude area then you probably need to rejet. Usually these quads run lean when stock for emmissions purposes.

I found a guy when I lived in Florida who literally worked on "the other side of the tracks" and he was 50 an hour and I was never disappointed. They are out there, you just have to find them, good luck.
