My Eiger has the same rivets. You just have to pop the center button up and then pry the whole thing out.

Take the seat off and remove the 2 bolts holding the fuel tank and the rivets for the side panels. Use a phillips screwdriver to push the middle of the rivet in and it will free it up to be pulled out. The rivets on the side use a flat screwdriver to pry the center out enough to loosen them and pull out. Slide the side panels back as they have hooks holding them to the top plastic. . Remove the fuel lines(2). Slide the tank back and out.Loosen the carb boots and spin the carb upside down to get at the float bowl.

hey dazeys and bradw, thanks for the help i will do as you say.I'm going to order my pipe this week, and i'm still undecided which one.FMF or HMF Eco.I wan't to keep as qwiet as possible. The dyno-jet does not come with a pilot but it also says you don't need to change that.I was just going to follow their instructions for below sea level or at sea level. What say you guys? And what's your opinion on the pipes?I think the FMF is a little cheaper than HMF.(through rocky mt.)And what do you guys think of a lift kit and 26in. tires?I wen't swawp'in and tha ground clearance was not good, and the stock tirs suck. But i don't wan't a total mud tire.I wan't something that ain't so bad for gravel roads too.And will a 2in. lift cause much more wear qwicker on the driveline(i don't drive the quad that much,or really abuse it that much)? And what brand lift kit?High Lifter??Hey sorry for rambl'in,but i could go on forever shoot'in the breeze.ok boys, thank much, cedarbush.
