Just remember that if you go with a King Quad to change the air filter to an aftermarket one first thing. Alot of smoking King Quads that the factory filter let dust thru.

If you look a few post above they were talking about the King Quad 450 and possibly the 700. That's why I posted what I did. I don't believe the Eiger had this problem.

I have an '07 Eiger and I love it. Great machine. You can work the ***** off it and then take it out and have a blast. It'll do about 55mph and it shines in high-speed sliding.</end quote></div>
ours used to do a little more than 55mph, it did maybe 57-58- Now it doesnt do that anymore though only about 53mph now

I'm still teetering, guys. Sorry that I'm seeminly going in circles, but this is a big investment for me, I plan to hang on to the quad for a good long time. On another note I've found that the Eiger front diff is more efective than other non- locking units, which is why it's so good in the snow. So i gotta keep digging........

I dont know if this is what you need, but a suzuki kingquad 450 has a good engine. Problem with it is that when i rode one and got sstuck the belt started to slip and wouldnt crank up.. i dont know but i know that all suzukis are amazing i have a ozark 250 and it is even better than my polaris 500 i think...
Hope you get the one you want

Did you find one yet? Snow is coming, I can smell it. The diff works good, but the stupid cable 4x actuation system sucks. It always requires some adjusting or lubing, but it will always get stuck in 4x4 so it's not that big of a deal if it happens on the trail.
