Default Quck Quadzilla question....need answer fast!

So my buddy just bought a sweet *** '87 zilla and there is a little window above the trans but below the head. Now should that window have oil in it or is it just for condensation?

The only window I know on the quadzilla is the power valve window. It is right in front of the jug. There should be no oil in there. To check the oil, you have to take a bolt out by the water pump and see if oil trickles out.

Well.If you look elsewhere in this forum, you'll see I have asked the same ? with regards on how to set it. No response, so I played around with it. If you look on the opposite side of window. you'll see a "****" to turn. 0 thru 500 on newer zillas. 0 thru 250 on your buddies. If you take the two screws out and plate off, you can remove **** and see that there is a spring that creates tension on power valve. 0 alows valve to open up quickly while 500(250) alows opening up later in higher RPM's' You can see this happening in window. Still messing with it thru trial and error.
Hope this helps.
