Does anybody have experience with these or any other track systems on the Kingquad 700?

I'll admit that those ATVs with tracks are cool. But for 3,000+ dollars, you could buy a really nice snowmobile that will go better in the snow, and 3 times as fast. If I had more money than I knew what to do with, I'd definitely have a set, but if money is a factor, I don't see how they can come close to the performance of a snowmobile. If you're gonna use them in the mud or something, that's a totally different story. But make sure they are "all surface" because some of the track systems are only for use in the snow.

I've seen video of a tracked ATV going thru snow where a sled got buried ,there made for slower going where speed isn't a huge factor better floatation .and fewer lbs psi

I've seen a tracked ATV go through some insane mud. You couldn't take a wheeled ATV through it...heck you couldn't walk through it. The tracked ATV just idled right through. Really something to see. I was determined to have some until i saw the price. ouch.

Problem with that is once your through that insane mud section your stuck with these tracks that slow you down by 90%
for the rest of the days ride.

Hit a 2 mile logging road section and it will take you until Thursday to complete it. Your riding buddies will be sending a search party out because they are wondering whats taking you so long.

TLC from what I've found out about track systems there are some that don't change your gear ratios and some the most sever you can loose 20% off your top speed ,most arer 10 to 15% gear reduction .and most track systems would only be used when you know your going to be in some extreme conditions ,where you'd be pulling your buddies out of a nasty mud hole ,
