QuadRunner LT160
#1
Hi All,
I bought a used suzuki LT160 in a messy condition and discovered that it wont shift, neutral lamp always on. I suspect that the foot pedal linkage ***** are worn because the shaft turns very little even when I pull up the pedal almost ninty degrees up. I elongated the rocker arm and changed the angle of the spline female but nothing works. can loose ***** lead to such a problem?

if its anything like the 230's its the gearing on the clutch cover side, make sure you line it up and push it towards the shifter side before puting the cover on.
If the kick start is like the 230 (if it is) the toothless sides face directly up on the cover and case.
