Default 04 Z400 Rear axle

I know that I need rear bearings for my axle which is in the swingarm. Im in the process of removing the bolts and such but i have come to a hault because i do not know what to do next.

If you are looking at the quad from the rear, I have removed the 2 bolts on the left and the one on the right. I also removed the sprocket onm the left and the brake caliper. All I have left is whats left of the brake disc and also the rear sprocket mounting flange. How Do I remove these parts? I've looked at the OEM charts and I just dont know what to do.

Like I said, this is to replace the axle bearings. At the same time ill do the rear brakes and also the hubs because i broke a screw but thats ok, I'm gonna replace the entire hub Anyways, Any suggestions? Maybe a website or diagram or something?
