Yep

Sometimes a dirty carb can make it run lean too. The jets get plugged up with dirt and old gas.

so i was all set to ride today and my dads friend comes over
to have a look so he puts it up on a buckett and starts wiggling
things around so after 10 minuts of wiggling he gives us a list of
stuff thats wrong so now i have to get new axle berings and new swing arm berings

so what im getting at are these normel problems or will i be set for life after this

Those problems are normal and never seem to go away. I just put new swingarm bearings in before summer and they went out today while I was riding in the mountains. The chain came off on me at least 5 times! And I have a chain tensioner to boot!!!! Part of owning a 230 is having a loose swingarm and having the chain come off all the time. Just have to live with it I guess. Or totally re-engineer everything.

cool found a set thanks man any ideas what would cause the bike to be hard to start? it almost seems like its out of gas some times it'll take like 15-20 kicks to get it started when it's cold and 5-10 after it has been running. i tried to clean the carb but it still hasn't worked
