Hey everyone im having some problems with my latest project. The clutch is good but it wont disengage and thought id see if you could give me some advice on what maybe wrong</end quote></div>
Meaning you can't put the bike in gear with the engine running, or you can let the clutch out and the bike won't move? Have you adjusted your cable, did you install a new clutch ?

Sounds like the clutch basket is wore.
Where the clutch plates go,the edges of the basket gets worn/grooved causing the clutch to not disengage.
Some try to file them smooth.
