Default swingarm bolt??

Air chisle w/punch attachment.
It'll come out.
Yes this happens alot. After this you'll be taking it out every 3-6 months and lubricating it I bet.
Your dealer is an idiot.

Default swingarm bolt??

rented a commercial size air chisel....didn't budge...I now think the bolt is bent up in the engine mounts...what else could it be? saw zawl worked on the ends of the bolt...now a big problem!!!!! I believe there are steal sleeves (hardened)in the middle by the engine mounts because my 3 blades don't have any teeth left now.... any ideas? all I can think is cut through the swingarm to get to the bolt and then torch it off......that means a new swingarm is in order instead of just welding a small crack I had in the beginning......I'm starting to think I don't like my suzuki anymore.......ANYONE WHO READS THIS TAKE NOTE...TAKE YOUR SWINGARM BOLT OUT AND LUBE IT YEARLY OR ELSE!!!!

Default swingarm bolt??

If anyone is left following this post: here is an update: I used a dremmel tool with a diamond bit to cut through the sleeve...swingarm is off in good condition now but the small 4" piece is stuck in the back mounts of the engine.......obviously this is where it's rusted in...letting it soak in blaster, hopefully I don't have to pull the engine!!!!!!

Default swingarm bolt??

Still following it...Pulling the engine isn't that hard, I did a complete tear down of my Z to gusset the frame and powdercoat it (actually it was kinda fun). Have no idea how your gonna get that section out that's still stuck in the engine! I'd sure hate to beat it out, that can get expensive, and/or time consuming, if you snap those cases. May have to drill it out? Maybe heat? Hopefully the blaster works!
