06 Eiger jetting
#1
Hey Guys
Just changed the main jet on my eiger and have more power(dosen't fall off going up a hill) but top speed has droped from 95km to 80 km/h.
Is this normal or do I need a different jet.
I used the one from the dynojet kit can't remember the number but I think it was 120.
thanks

I jetted mine and see more power. Mine is not set up for speed, and the trails I ride are not that open. I have not tried to max it out since I upgraded ( did tires and rims just before jet) so not sure if I lost top end speed or not.

Just ordered the same tires but on stock rims for now. Do you like them? What jet are you running?

I used the Dyno Jet 118 Main. I followed the directions for under 5000 feet and stock muffler. Probably could go bigger, but it has worked well so I have left it alone.
I like the tires alot, great all around tire. Very stable, great traction and not too bumpy on the hard pack. They do show wear quick when rock crawling, but I have about 800 miles on them and they are still going strong.
