Ok I have a 1985 230 suzuki s and the thing is a bitch to start. I swear if i try starting it one more time I'm going to break the kick starter off. I order a decompression cable because it seems like on the top of the motor there is a little lever for it to be hock up at. I talk to this one guy on the phone and he told me the 85 suzuki sports are usually a bitch to start and people that bought them new complained about them. SO my question is. Is it always hard to start without the decompression cable? Or do you think something wrong with it. o yeah are the stators oil cooled? And is there a guard for the stator case because this atv is missing so much ****. and it seems like if the chain broke. It would hit the case and smash a hole in it. AND DOES ANYBODY HAVE A USED REAR FENDER AND A SEAT FOR SALE. i dont care what the color is as long as its in good condition.
