EIGER help with rear brakes -drums-

Default EIGER help with rear brakes -drums-

No matter what i do i cant get the drums to work. replaced with new shoes and still nothing i tighten it all up and hit the brakes and i cant get the cables to get tight at all .what to do........im leaving for the weekend going to st clairesville ohio and have no rear brakes blah......so if anyone can tell me step by step on how to do these or exactly what my problem is please please comment thanks again guys.

Can't help w/ the brakes, but glad to see you back online. You ever get your clutch kit working?

haha oh yah finally got the clutch on and working great. turned out being a bad primary clutch bearing i was asking you about.

Default EIGER help with rear brakes -drums-

Adjust the cables at the lever ends back to stock (almost all the way in) then adjust the drum end (wing nuts) until the brakes drag and back off about 1 turn.

It sounds like the shoes aren't in contact with the little cam in there.
