I have a full system rs-5 yoshimura pipe on this quad and a pro design intake with a k&n airfilter. i also have the power commander map set for the mods with a pre set map from dyno jet. but my header still gets red hot even when it hasn't been ridden very long. the guy at my local shop said that the high performance 450's with these stainless high performance headers will glow like that even at idle becuase the 450's put out alot of heat and the metal on these headers are so thin. i was just wondering if this is normal because i don't want to damage the quad. any help would be nice.
