Default Squeak coming from rear differential-???

Hello, I need your help. After washing my Suzuki Ozark 250 today, I went to pull it into my garage but I hear a squeaky noise coming from the rear differential. The noise is only when I give it very small revs or when I am driving slowly (not even a quarter throttle). After I get the quad up to speed, the squeak goes away. I don't think there are any belts in this small differential to get wet and I'm not sure if the axle bearing is making this noise after it got wet. I don't think it is the axle bearing because I have ashed my ATV many times and this has never happened before. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong would be great. I'm going to let it dry out over night and see what it does tomorrow and if the problem has been resolved, I will let you guys know. Thanks!!
