Default LT50 clutch stuck

One of my LTA50s has a problem where the clutch is stuck engaged. The wheels are locked to the compression so it won't start. It just goes forward when you pull the cord.

I've found two other threads where people describe the same problem, but nobody ever answered with a solution. The other threads:

I pulled the motor and removed the clutch and other than some heat discoloring on the clutch drum everything looks fine, but when you tighten the big nut it locks the drum to the crank. Shoes, springs washers are all in place. It's almost like a bearing is out or something.

I feel stupid here, what am I missing?

I answered my own question. If anybody else has this problem it is the spacer bushing that has seized inside the clutch drum. The drum turns around this spacer. It looked like it was pressed fit in there to me but that's because it was seized.
