Is it really bad?, like when you wind it up & the bars shake so severely that it's hard to hold onto..... I have bad news for you, either the crank bearings are out of it, or the counterbalancer is broken or it's bearing is shot too.

if it's just a little "tingle" so to speak, get a larger & softer set of grips. Like gel grips or Oury "block" grips.

the motor is fresh so i dont think its the crank bearings it runs good and makes no noise just alot of **** is old and worn out i guess was thinking about putting some rubber on the motor mounts that will hopefully cut some of it out

Check that all 3 counterbalancer marks are lined up.

Good call by Rk, I must ask is this your first old school 2 stroke, cause they do vibrate a lot. That being said, just make sure everything is tight, my 500 even shook it's kick starter bolt off.

They don't vibrate hardly at all if put together correctly.

I'm just saying compaired to the modern 4 strokes where you can't tell if they are running or not.

My 250 vibrated a sh!tload more than my KFX 400. The 400 didn't vibrate at all.
