I'm thinking about getting one. It seems like the size I want but does any one have one? Any problems? Does handle and run good.
I had an '08 Grizz 450 and it was stolen but I think they are over priced and it struggled tom get moving from a stop here in the Rocky Mtns.
I can get the King quad 450 for about $6400 OTD including tax. Is this a good price? They only have one and it's camo.
The Sportsman 500 HO is probably the best deal but it seems so dang big, and I don't like Polaris's plastic racks and they did away with the rope starter to save a few bucks.

I have 08 450,like it so far.I don`t like having to take that darn cover off to check engine oil,a minor thing though.Great power, easy on fuel.Stock tires are only fair,I think.Mine is green, have 80 miles on it,and it was $6100 OTD,but I did a lotta dealing between 2 dealers to get that price. The camo would have been $230 more,so I think you are getting a good price. That 08 marsh looking camo didn`t blend in this area. The 09 camo is more to my liking, but much more$$$,so I got green. The KQ is quite a bit wider than the Grizzly,so I think it should be more stable, with the under seat fuel tank&all.
How stable was the Grizzly on sideways sloping ground?

My Grizz 450 was'nt too stable. It was scary a few times; and I flopped it over once. I still have a new hood and fenders that I bought but never got it on before the thieves stole it. You had to take a panel off it to check the oil too.
I'm now thinking about a black '08 Sportsman 500 EFI with the aluminum wheels for $6599+ tax , or one with steel wheels for $6299 (red, ugh) but Polaris has 3.9% financing.
I really like the Suzuki , but my favorite dealer does'nt sell Suzuki. I've known him for 20 years and he has helped me so many times, I'd feel like a traitor if I bought the Zuke, but I haven't totaly ruled it out.

Here is a 500 Utility comparison http://www.atvmagonline.com/output.cfm?id=1220599
The KQ 450 beat out the Can AM 500, Sportsman 500,450 Grizzly,500 Rubicon and AC 500.
Not bad. The 450 grizzly is rated at 26hp while the 450 Suzuki is 36hp so it should feel more powerful in the motor department.
