i have a 05 z 400 and i let it sit for a couple months so i went to start it and it doesnt crank up i changed to spark plug emptied the gas tank put new gas sprayed some carb cleaner on and when i go to start it all it does is spit gas out the exhaust any advice before i spend a fortune at the dealership

 

if it cranks over fine but has no fire. coil, cdi, fuse or does it have spark and cranks ok but still wont run. Plugged and dirty carb and or fuel petcock
