Default Eiger Grip Warmer Install

Hello everyone, I just found this forum and it seems to have a wealth of information. I am trying to install some grip warmers for my Eiger 400. So far I have installed the grips onto the ATV and I have installed the switch to the handlebars. Now I am into the harder part which is running the electrical connections. My question is - where do I connect the hot wire? It should be to a switched connection, where do I find one? Is there a way to run it to the fuse box? I have not taken any of the panels off yet, but I imagine I will have to in order to route and zip tie the wiring.

Any suggestions for me? Should be a fairly simple install, with only two wires to connect, butI just don't know where to connect them to. Also, any "gotchas" I should be aware ofwhen removing the panels around the gas tank, etc. Thanks in advance for any help.
Cheers.

I tied mine into the 12-volt outlet.

Outlet is a good place. anywhere power is shut down if key is "Off". Don,t want your battery run dead because you forgot the turn the warmer switch to "Off" when you park it for the night.

Thanks guys! Great tip. That's exactly where I tied it into and they work great! I certainly appreciate all of the help!
