The 230s looks like it's in pretty good condition--but like you said--it's a buyers market. I got mine for $1000 almost 2 years ago when it was(obviously) 2 years newer and the economy was in a better state. Mine had all new plastics and had been rebuilt from the ground up too. Let him counter the $700 and see where you get.

Rear rack was an option on those!Skid plate was an dealer option in certain states for the 230 Quadsport. Orange plastic was nice but the 230 looked better in white.
