If I were you I wouldn't do it. It seems you've got a pretty nice Mojave. I'm not a mechanic so I can't tell you anything about reliability or anything but I personally don't like 2-strokes. And the four-wheeler is 17 years old versus yours which is half the age so you'll have problems that come with more age. I think parts are fairly common for this quad. I would think about the same as your Mojave. But most importantly your username is mojave man!! you can't not have a mojave! haha! So i short I don't think I would trade my 2000 for a 1991, at least not straight up.

All would depend on how u like to ride.If you want a faster ride then trade.Im sure you will love the lt250r.. IF the racer runs good and looks okay I would trade. The racer will handle diff then your bike but run way faster..

I just don't know man. Thats a nice looking zuk but yours seems super clean. I personally wouldn't do it but if you need a change or your bored of your Mojave then do it! I know how it is when you just want something different.

omg wow you just read my mind. thts all i want is something that has actual power not saying the mojave isnt powerful its good for a beginner which was what i was when i got it but now i consider myself a pretty good rider been riding for 5 years so i want something FAST. i also got an excellent deal on an 08 400ex which was a repo and the insurace company wants like 2000 for it i cant decide which to get? i want speed and power but tht 08 sounds like a really really good deal im just not sure if that will be a big enough jump. what do you think?

Since it is a racer 2 stroke, you will have to pre mix your gas, so long trail rides might be a problem, unless you carry a little oil with for gas stops. The LT250R was a great quad, I think I heard some years had weak front spindles, check into that, other than that, it will run a heck of a lot faster than the Mojave, and has a much better suspension to boot. There are still lots of aftermarket parts available, and the motors are pretty solid, they were made to be competition for the Honda 250R, so the performance will be similar.I'm no Suzuki expert, so most of what I'm telling you is what I've read, heard from owners, or just picked up here and there, so take that into consideration as well. Ride it, make sure it shifts easily, makes no funny noises or excess smoke, and decide from there. That would be a great little dune quad, lots of power for the hills.

Good advice thanks. i did read about the a-arms being weak and that was only the early years this is a 91 so i should be good that way aswell but im still gonna check it over real well just to make sure and i dont ride dunes just wide open trails like state forests and places like that will it still be good for that sorta thing?
