i want to remove my muffler so i can add a exhaust stack up through the fender. what i was wondering is if by removing my muffler would that cause problems with the motor with the lack of backpressure on it? do i need backpressure on the motor and or how important is it? i have a friend that runs a Z400 and the aftermarket exhaust that put on it is straight through and his machine runs great... if someone could help me out it would be great... also has anyone added any gauges to theirs? i want to add a tach, oil pressure, volt meter, and a water temp gauge... i was just wondered if this had been attempted yet...
