I JUST BROUGHT A 89 230 it's +2MM BORE WITH A WISCEO PISTONS.BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE GUY I BROUGHT IT FROM PUT A BIGGER CARB ON IT AND ITS RUNNING TO RICH I CAN RIDE HARD FOR 3 HRS AND IT WILL BURN THAT SPARK PLUG AND I HAVE TO REPLACE IT WHAT COULD I DO TO FIX IT ? WITHOUT TAKING THE NEW CARD OFF...THE GUY I BROUGHT IT FROM DOESNT KNOW THE SIZE OF THE CARB AND DOESNT KNOW THE JET SIZE

You state you "burn" up a spark plug, I assume you mean you foul a plug. If the bike is running rich, them you'll need to rejet the carb. 1st remove the throttle from the carb. Inside the throttle slide is a tapped jet. Write down the number on the jet. 2nd, remove the carb from the bike. Pull the bottom off the carb and write down the jet sizes. You need the details for the current jets, before we can help you make rejet the carb
