im sure its on here somewhere, but where can i get a diff lock for my 05 eiger, whats the cheapest one? we put one on a honda rancher a while back that was like 30 bucks and it was awesome..

High lifter makes a locker for the Eiger. Go to products then suspension and drivetrain or give them a call.

 

thanks, im going to try to find a alternative. there like 300 bucks. the last one me and a friend installed just consisted of a few washers and worked somewhat like a clutch... has anyone on here welded anything in there like a spline on the front diff of a jeep or something. that works well too lol i haven't taken it apart yet to see what can be done

 

Welding a differential is pretty hack. I'd spend the extra coin and just put the locker in. It's gonna be a bitch to turn unless you get a selectable locker, but I don't think anyone makes one for ATVs... Do they? Does anyone know if the front diff of the Eiger is the same as another ATV with a factory selectable locker?

 

that was my next question.. i guess ill just deal until i find one on cheap, $380.00 is just inhumane lol like i said ill push it out lol

 

Adding a detroit locker to my Vinson was the best investment I ever made for it. Expensive but have to pay to play.
