Locked up, I first washed it off cause it was packed with mud, they said it stopped in the middle of a muddy field and they trailered it home and it sat, I bought it cause it looks real nice, plastic in great cond. and has every rack on it.

I then tried to start it and it fired right up, the pull start how ever does not budge.

seems to idle fine the Po told me it was locked up??/ well I did pull off the top valve adj. cap it is DRY up there. So I am pretty sure NO oil is getting up there what would be first to look for ? OIL pump or ?? need help first time Suzi owner

Well I found out the cause of the no oil in the upper part of the valve , THE OIL FILTER was installed WRONG I thought I would drain oil that was left in it and new filter , that is when I found the filter in backwards, re installed add fresh oil , checked the vale now it has plenty of oil..
