This is my first of these quads.... I removed the right rear wheel and took off the cover with 3 nuts on it to expose the filter. Then, underneath on the bottom, I removed the drain plug and about 1 quart came out. I see a place on the rear axle facing the rear of the quad that looks like an oil add location. Question is, does the read axle and the engine run together? Theres no dipstick that I can see and dont know how far to fill it.
I just wanna make sure that where I put oil in it actually makes it to the engine.

I'm not familiar with your quad, but there may be a sight glass to show the oil level. It would be next to the oil filter.

 

there is a dip stick somwhere on that qaud and i believe there is no sight window so check the owners manual
