just got a 250 quadracer and its almost impossible to kick start but will pull start within 3-5 feet, and once started will kick over fine, was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what was causing that problem. if it helps none of the elctronics seem to work on it either, also if anyone has a copy of a repair manual or knows where to get one on the web as it has a few other problems with that i need a manual for

 

Well probably the easiest thing to do would be go thru a systematic checklist; do you have spark, fresh gas, good compression, no broken reeds, etc.

also, how does it run when you actually do get it going? its possible that the jetting is off.
