Are these uni-filters worth putting in comparing to stock and if so, do they need to be rejetted?

I have a UNI filter in mine and it runs great. And no, they do not need to be re-jetted. Whenever they get dirty, you just have to clean them and re-oil them. They're easier, cheaper, and last longer than K&N style paper filters, in my opinion.

Here's an article on choosing air filters:

Thanks for the reply, i will probably get one soon, although i am trying to find one in Canada to avoid the extra shipping cost, so far no luck.

I use UNI filters on all my ATVs....K&N filters have a better airflow, but they don't FILTER as well as the UNI. If you are racing and typically change your filter after every race, go with the K&N....if you like to spend time riding, go with the UNI, and yes the UNI flows better than stock, and is easy to clean
