What Paint to Use
#2
i would use a nice enamal paing, even out of a spray can. i work in the autobody industry, and do some of my best work with a spray can
the trick is to have the tires removed, and prep the rims correctly. go to an autoparts store and buy a piece of Scotch-Bright, get the red if you have a choice. one 4"x9" sheet will be enough. then brush the rims well until they are no longer shiney. whipe off the rims before you paint.
easy as that!
