Default LTZ400 - Reverse question

Hey all,
I just bought a 2006 Suzuki LTZ400 and it did not come with an owners manual. I have always had Honda ATV's but not very knowlegable on Suzuki's.

Anyways, how do you get the LTZ400 into reverse? I know there is a reverse **** on the right fender, but I don't know how to activate reverse. I had it in neutral and tried to turn, push and turn, pull and turn, etc.. so I am thinking there is something I am doing wrong. Help please!

Also, anyone know where I can download an owner's manual? I know there are some on Ebay, but are there any free sites I can get one from?

Thanks in advance!

No this is not really accurate.....

STEP 1: You shift DOWN to 1st -

STEP 2: Turn the **** and HOLD it - while holding the **** you shift DOWN past first into Reverse, once it shifts DOWN past 1st you release the reverse-****.

Step 3: To get out of Reverse you just shift UP to 1st, no need to touch the ****.....

You can also find a downloadable manual on Ebay....There is a guy on there who has been selling them for years for like $5......
