Just purchased a 2002 80cc for my boys. The bike did not start when purchased. How do you set the brake for starting? I replaced the battery, the lights turn on. The reset switch under the right rear fender is pushed in. What other options do I have?

 

Brake: you pull the lil lever by the foot brake up which applies the brake and contacts a switch.
