if water gets in the carb can it cause a plug too foul out quickly?

 

Normaly (at least in cars) it turns out to be the opposite, the plug would look very clean. as if never used, again this is found to be true in cars but i see no reason why it wouldnt be true also in atvs. You may just need to adjust your carb or run a hotter plug.
