Default 05 Ozark Carb Problems - Mikuni BS29

Just bought an 05 ozark at auction. Paid $900, and it looks brand new, but won't run. Problem is has been sitting for no telling how long. The carb was clogged bad. Took it apart cleaned the crap out of it. It was so bad the bowl looked like it had concrete set up in it.

Put it back together tried it last night. It's flooding bad. Gas poured out of the breather box. I need to get a complete rebuid kit for it. Where's a good place to shop?

Also I have searched the web over and can't find much about the Mikuni BS29 carb. Do you have any sources? What is the float setting and how do you measure it?

As always, thanks for your expert advice.

Learning, I am,

Skidaddy

Default still flooding....pls help

Ok status as of today:
Trial 1 Cleaned carb - still flooding
Trial 2 Super cleaned carb - still flooding
Trial 3 New carb kit (moose factory spec) - still flooding
Trial 4 New float from Suzuki - still flooding

The only thing that has not been changed is the float seat. (I don't think it can be).
The new needle seems sloppy. Any one know the clearance between the needle and seat?

Can this be anything other the the float, needle, or seat. My hair has turned grey and I think is starting to fall out.

Any help is appreciated.

I just bought a suzuki 2006 ozark 250. Having idle issues. It won't idle at all, cleaned it twice. Any ideas, how much and where was rebuild kit? Thanks

Ebay I think they are like 27 bucks also make sure the carbs completly back on of it might suck in extra air not letting it idle right
